One of the Board Members of the Marietta Gateway and the land investor for this proposed development wants to expand the gateway into East Cobb. The first Development will be to add 375 (mostly apartments) units and tear down the 16 homes shown in yellow. The only access in and out with be through a single street through the neighborhood with no signal. In addition there are not enough parking spaces and about One mile of parallel street parking in the neighborhood will be required. The area behind the homes in yellow is the forested buffer for the rotten wood creek wetlands.  If this isn't stopped here, these developments will expand east along the loop, down lower Roswell Road, into east lake Roswell Road, and throughout East Cobb
